Explore Paris with Carole's favourite places!

For me, travel begins long before I actually arrive somewhere. I can spend hours searching for that one lovely boutique hotel, a restaurant where you truly eat well, or a wine bar you wouldn't easily find on your own. And once I'm at my destination, I love nothing more than walking through streets I haven't been to before, always on the lookout for addresses I want to remember. I collect those addresses in my travel maps. Not endless lists of every highlight in a city, but a personal selection of places I genuinely enjoy going to or would deliberately choose: restaurants, coffee spots, wine bars, hotels and special places that make a trip just that bit more enjoyable. I travel a lot and regularly return to cities like Paris, Barcelona and Rome. That's why my maps keep evolving. I add new discoveries and take a critical look at what's still worth keeping. My taste? I'm a real foodie, and good food plays a big role during my travels. I look for places where atmosphere and quality come together, but they absolutely don't need to be fancy or expensive. A small restaurant with ten tables and fantastic food can just as easily make it onto my map as a special wine bar, a beautiful boutique hotel or a great rooftop. I look for addresses with character, ones that genuinely excite me, not simply the next place that's all over TikTok. With my maps, you don't have to sift through dozens of blogs, Instagram posts and Google reviews first. Think of it as my personal address book for travel. You open my travel map and immediately see my selection for the city you're in.
