Angelo is a curious, instinct-driven traveller who dives into cities without rigid plans, letting the rhythm of local life guide his journey. He seeks to understand how people truly live, exploring beyond the tourist curtain and skipping the usual checklists. By lingering longer and immersing himself in daily routines, food, and atmosphere, he’s uncovered much of Europe, always searching for the small, authentic moments that make a city feel truly lived-in.

Why Dublin?

I created this map after a trip with a friend, aiming to get to know the city and its nightlife, so it spotlights many local pubs that truly made us feel at home. One unexpected highlight was a steakhouse (The Bull & Castle) with top-notch quality and a lively, inviting atmosphere. The map also features a classic dog racing track. On the one hand, I think it’s a leftover from other times. On the other hand, I was truly impressed by the dedication of nonprofits to ensuring the dogs’ welfare. I believe that to say something useful about any issue, you should see it for yourself.
