How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Safari

• Still having trouble logging in?

If something isn’t loading correctly, clearing your browser cache and cookies often fixes the issue. Follow the steps below depending on your device. These steps only clear the cookies and stored cache for cartavolta.com, not for other websites.

iPhone / iPad

• Open Settings.
• Scroll down and tap Safari.
• Tap Advanced.
• Tap Website Data.
• Search for "cartavolta.com".
• Swipe left on the website and tap Delete.

iMac / MacBook

• Open Safari.
• In the top menu bar, click Safari > Settings (or Preferences).
• Go to the Privacy tab.
• Click Manage Website Data.
• Use the search bar to type "cartavolta.com".
• Select the website from the list.
• Click Remove > Done.

After clearing the cache, close Safari completely and reopen it before trying again.

Still having trouble logging in?

Safari sometimes blocks the cookies required for magic login. On iPhone / iPad / Mac:

• Open Settings > Safari (or Safari Settings on Mac)
• Make sure Block All Cookies is OFF
