The following Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the products and services offered by Carta Volta, a brand operating under Hey You BV (Company Number: BE-0797.911.805), a company incorporated in Belgium (hereinafter referred to as "Carta Volta", "we," "us," or "our"). This includes the products and services offered digitally through cartavolta.com and all associated subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the "website"). The Terms & Conditions apply to every interaction between Carta Volta and a person accessing or using our website (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "your"), regardless of the geographic location where the interaction is concluded, unless a separate, specific agreement sets out different terms. By accessing or using our website, products or services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below. Please read them carefully before using our website.
Use of the Website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You shall, therefore, not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website or interfere with any other party's use.

All content on this website, including maps, graphics, text, logos, digital downloads, and other material, is the property of Carta Volta or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without express written permission.
Purchases
Each purchase is recorded by Carta Volta in a purchase confirmation, which is sent to you by email, after which the order is considered accepted. All documentation and related communication are conducted in English. You are responsible for the accuracy of all personal information provided in these documents. More information on how to modify personal data and/or preferences and how they are processed by Carta Volta can be found in our Privacy Policy. All documents are sent electronically unless you explicitly request paper copies, in which case an additional fee of €4.50 will be charged to cover extra shipping and administrative costs.
Pricing
All prices mentioned include VAT, taxes, duties, and additional charges unless stated otherwise and are expressed in euros. VAT and currency exchange fluctuations are entirely your responsibility. The applicable price is the one indicated on the original purchase confirmation. If you suspect an error in the payment, they must notify Carta Volta via support@cartavolta.com no later than seven calendar days after the purchase. We reserve the right to change the availability or prices of our products and services without notice.
Payment Terms
Payment obligations arising from purchases made through the websites of Carta Volta must be fulfilled in full via mobile transfer, debit card, or credit card at the time of purchase. All costs associated with payment processing for purchases through Carta Volta's websites are entirely borne by you. Carta Volta reserves the right to decline additional payment methods. These payment and processing terms are non-exhaustive and may be expanded as Carta Volta needs.
Downloads
When you purchase a digital product or service (e.g., map), you're granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license for personal use only. Redistribution, resale, or modification of our products or services is strictly prohibited. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience an issue with (access to) a download or order, please get in touch with us at support@cartavolta.com.
Limitation of Liability
We do our best to ensure the accuracy of information and our website's functionality, but we make no warranties, express or implied. Carta Volta is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or our products and services. Our website may contain links to third-party websites, but we are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party websites.
Force Majeure
Carta Volta reserves the right to suspend or cancel the availability of our website, products or services without compensation when force majeure hinders the normal execution of our obligations. The following situations are expressly considered cases of force majeure: accident, material damage, strike, transport shortage, natural disaster, civil unrest, terrorism, cyberattack, war, lockdown, or epidemic - whether at Carta Volta or at one of its suppliers and/or carriers, regardless of the cause. This list is non-exhaustive and may be extended to include any situation beyond the control of Carta Volta that renders fulfilling its obligations impossible.
Changes
Carta Volta reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts as determined by the registered office of Carta Volta.
