What sort of map can I create?

You can create a map for a city, area, region or even an entire country. You have a lot of freedom in what you include and how you shape it, as long as it gives travellers enough to actually enjoy exploring the destination through your recommendations.

We recommend adding a good mix of categories, such as places to eat and drink, things to see and do, shops, nature, viewpoints, and anything else that fits your destination and your way of travelling. Travellers shouldn't have to leave your map to find the essentials or tourist attractions of the area; the more useful recommendations you bring together, the more complete their experience can be.

But there are no strict rules about what your map has to look like. It's your knowledge, your recommendations and your perspective.
